“Yoga Flow im Hinterhof” is an opportunity to practice yoga open-air in nice and cosy courtyards in Berlin, with small group of friends or neighbors. If the courtyard satisfies some required characteristics*, everyone can arrange date and timetable and call Giulia as teacher.

The yoga session is 60 minutes. Open level. Bring your yoga mat!

Vinyasa Flow is a yoga style made of sequences of progressive and dynamic postures related with the breath. The smooth movements evolve one by one in a special order which helps to produce new energy, to feel benefits in the whole body and to achieve mindfulness. There will be restorative music and organic tea.

IMPORTANT:  Entry is possible with reservation and final offer
Only few spots available, reserve yours as soon as possible!


  • private ownership
  • clean and dry place
  • flat surface
  • separated from the street
  • enough place for (minimum) 6 people + the teacher
  • necessary previous supervision and confirmation of the teacher
